Choose Poppy Estate Golf Course as the location of your next golf event. From the moment you begin coordination until the final award is handed out, we are here to assist you. Whether you plan to hold a large corporate, family or charity event, or just a group of 16 on a golf getaway, our dedicated team will be pleased to work with you to create a memorable day for all. Our Package offers a variety of services such as:

  • Guaranteed Tee Times in Advance

  • Full Tournament Coordination

  • Registration and Prize Tables

  • Placement of all On Course Signage

  • Use of Putting Green for contests

  • Drink and Snack tickets (if applicable)

  • Variety of Meal and Beverage options 

  • Discounted price use of our Tournament Dining Room (may require a minimum number of persons) or Covered Patio for smaller groups


Tournament bookings begin in January with maximum capacity of 108.  Larger groups will get priority booking.  Shotguns are available.  Best ball or Texas scramble is encouraged to keep a good pace of play. 

Deposit is required upon booking.  For a Shotgun 20% of the green fees are due upon booking.


Rent our banquet room for your next meeting, Christmas party, luncheon, birthday party, celebration of life, cocktail party, or any other special occasion. Our banquet room is now available for indoor weddings during our off season from approx October - April. 


  • Room rental fee is required or can be waived with a minimum number of guests and food and beverage purchase

  • Microphone and podium are included 

  • Projector and screen require a rental fee

  • Dance floor is available upon request

  • Room holds approximately up to 90 people
