How to Cancel

• Booked Online: Cancel via the online portal 16+ hours in advance.

• Booked by Phone: Call and speak to staff 24+ hours in advance (during pro shop hours).

• ⚠️ No voicemails, emails, or texts accepted

Fees & Penalties

• Late Cancel / Partial No-Show: Up to $35/player fee (applies to late notice or bringing fewer players).

• < 1.5 Hours Notice: Treated as a full No-Show.

• Group No-Show: 100% of green fees charged to the card on file.

• 💡 Missed the deadline? Call us ASAP! If we can refill your tee time, you may avoid the late fee.
